Car remote starts and shuts off 3 times

Ford fusion 2014. Flashes to recommended firmware. Can connections proper and using t-harness. Lock 3 times and the vehicle starts and then shuts down.

Had to turn Hybrid Mode ON even though the vehicle is not hybrid.

This kept the vehicle running.
