Evo-one is programmed with the latest firmware recommend for a 2015 Toyota Tundra. Triple checked all the wiring. Tryed sevral different remote start and bypass firmware programs. Unit was in my Durango and reprogrammed for my Tundra.

Was a t-harness used or did you hardwire the installation?

Hard wired.
Were parking lights connected? Do they come on when remote started if they were?

Might need to setup an antigrind relay on the starter wire. This is common on Toyota vehicles.

Service number though... since you had it in another vheicle before. Resets of both starter and bypass will be needed.
The running lights we cut per the wire diagram.

Needing to master reset will explain why the doors lock after the truck is shut off. Even if that feature is off.
Update. The problem only presents itself when you remote start and  immediately unlock the door put the key in the ignition and hit the brake.  If you remote start the vehicle let it set for 60 seconds the starter does not re-engage.

With this new info. I don't see this as a problem.
