2011 Taurus Push-to-Start what do I need?

0 votes
I am trying to get a 2011 Taurus with Push-to-start setup with a remote starter. I went through the compatible solutions and it tells me EvoAll and EvoOne. From here I am lost at what I need. To be able to do the remote start with 3 clicks of my OEM remote, is all that I need is the EvoAll? Will I need the programmer as well? Also is there a T harness (even if it needs modified? I rather modify the T harness than the OEM harness)

You will need a EVOALL and Flashlink Updater to complete the installation. Follow guide 46371 STANDALONE.

No tharness available for this vehicle.

You will also need a relay, a hood switch if your vehicle doesn't have it from factory, and a toggle switch.

I have everything hooked up with no problems except for the TX line. In the guide, it shows something about cut a wire but I don't understand what I am cutting or how it needs hooked up after being cut?

Also, I don't have the ignition + wire in the shown plug, looking at the wiring diagram for my car, it does not show the ignition wire in the plug. It does show  POWERTRAIN # STARTER MOTOR RELAY ONE TOUCH START, would I use that instead?
At this point, I used :http://fortin.ca/en/download/46371/preview.html for the installation. For NC2 where it said cut the wire, I assumed this meant the harness wire. I cut it and the part that went into the connector I connected to NC2, the wire that goes into the harness I connected COMM2 and the light blue with black wire. As for the ignition wire, the plug didn't have the same color coded wire, in fact it doesn't appear to have a wire in the connector. Should I used the ignition wire in guide: https://fortin.ca/en/download/46201/preview.html ? I went throught the programming guide, and got to the point where you hit the ignition button twice, but the blue light stayed solid, so I hit it again and held it and start the car. The blue light then flashed slowly. I continued through the rest of the programming, is this alright? Right now if I hit the lock the blue light will flash on the module. Right now if I click the lock three times it will not start the car. I did enabled the oem remote monitoring in the setup.
Ok well I have it to where the module looks like it is trying to start the car. It will turn on the brake lights, the module will click with the relays, however the car does not turn on, nor does it try to start.
With a valid key near the car, it will turn the car on. It will not start the car, but it will turn it on to accessory mode. WIthout a valid key nearby, it will say no key detected
