2011 Scion xB won’t remote start EVO ONE

Question

No immobilizer, did not connect light blue/ black wire, module programs ok by letting go of button on blue, and the flashes blue rapidly after turning key to on. 
 

1. ​I already tried connecting the immobilizer wire & programming again.
2. I already tried programming using red & blue light but that won't program.
3. Using Fortin guide #23001.
4. Not "G" key.
5. Verified no immobilizer/chip on key.
6. Won't remote start with lock 3 times on key.
7. Won't remote start with the MyCar app module.

if automatic transmission, dont forget to cut the yellow loop.

What's the service number of the module?

 
Does blue led flash when you hit lock? note, If lock and unlock is not part of the head of the key, remotes may not be detected.
 

Did you pair the mycar to the evo? Also, mycar plugs into blue port of evo, not the black port.

I just needed to cut the yellow loop wire. I already had it programmed correctly to the blue light.
