2007 Ford F-150/EVO-RIDE programming difficulty, any tips?

Hardwhear Vr 3.0, Firmw 2.03 Ser No 000903 023639

150 programming: 3 seconds on 1st key, 3 seconds off, 3 seconds ON 2nd key, key OFF immedicatly activate r emote starter - maybe taking longer than 3 seconds? Fords dash red LED begins rapid fladsh, truck wont start - could my remoter starter just be taking too long?

Check your RX AND TX WIRES

 

VILOET/GRAY  TX         YELLOW/ ORANGE    RX

 

IF  USEING T - TAPS   NOT GOOD!!

After cycling both keys, push and release the programming once (not to fast), the LED should blink once. If it doesn't blink, then the EVO is not receiving data (Tx and Rx). If it does blink, instead of using the remote starter, jump a 12V to the vehicles ignition.
