2016 kia soul evo one alarm options settings not saving when taping save .

Question

I was going through the alarm settings on the evo one and when i hit save it dosent seem to save it .The setting im talking about is option 24 i click on disable hit save and it goes back to 24.3.. tried it a few times keeps doing it.Im also trying to enable option 37.2 also saved to device . Unplugged device reinstalled tested it out. Are these 2 options related in some way or is there something on the bypass side that needs to be done ..

on the remote start / alarm side of the evo what options would work well together or is it some option you cant have on or actived at the same time.

Basically what i was tring to do is this . If the door was open by key fob car would stay running.By  option 37.2 enabled. if someone opened the door by inside handle car would shut down .

I  have changed setting back and fourth a few times and  not to sure what options should be on or off at this point any help is greatly appreiated

Function 24 should not be touched at all.

Evry time i open door car shuts down from remote start within a min . Thats the only option that i can see that would do that . I have option 37.2 enabled so if car door is opened manually it would shut down . The issues is if i remote unlock open door car still shuts down in a min .
