can not get module to program in car

Question

I have a 2012 Fusion. Installing EVO-FORT1. So far I have connected the T-harness and the can Hi and Low. The module will not program to the car. I am using guide # 32171. I have not connected any other wires.I.E parking light or drivers door pin. The schematic shows 3 other wires(yellow ign,Lt blue/black andLt blue) going to the T-harness from the 20 pin connector but does not elaborate on how they should be connected. Where did I go wrong?

The module will not program if yellow, light blue and light blue/black are not connected....

Those connections must be made between the module's 20 pin connector and the tharness. They are not connected to the vehicle.

Connected 3 wires from t-harness to 20 pin connector. used 2 key proceedure module light show it is programed but car will not start with either remote. could not get d-criptor to work with 1 key. I have flash link. All "a's" are on "c and d1" on and "d"1.6 on.saved settings but when I hit flash, nothing happens.

Helps when you have all 4 door closed. now the car starts anruns for 1 minute then shuts off. Module flashes 3 times. I have run time set to 15 minutes.
