programmed but wont start

Question

I just installed the evo-all with t-harness in my 2012 f150. When programming the first step i plugged in the 4 pin connector with button held down until the blue comes on. Then connect the rest of the wires. soon as i insert the key without turning the key, the bluelight goes out then starts blinking and doesnt stop. Then I turn the key off the light goes off. Then I programmed the keys just fine. Then when I hit the lock three times it just blinks blue three times but never starts???? help please!!!!

Was the stand alone remote starter feature turned On in the EVO?

If you give me the 12 digit service number i can check that it ws turned on. They do not come with that feature turned on from factory.

That's not an EVO-ALL service number.

They always start with : 001a0
