unlock not working on 2020 silverado 2500

Installed an EVO-ALL stand alone system with the EVO-GMT7 harness and RF 441 Remote kit.

Everything works except the unlock.  Lock, tailgate, start, shut down all work.

Vehicle not equipped with onstar, so wired as diagram shows.  

When unlock pressed on remote, blue LED flashes on module but does not unlock doors.
