Do I have to decrypt the evo all after everytime I make a change to the options are only the first time it is installed?

I updated the firmway and installed the recommneded options.  I then decrypted it and everything works great.  I want to change the run time option and need to know if I have to decryp again or just remove it, change the option and re-install it?

No it is not necessary. You just have to change the options and save them
