I have a 2011 Ford Taurus fort1 once I hit the lock 3xs the car starts And shuts off

Question

The vehicle starts and shuts off two times then it won’t attempt to start until the lock

button is pressed 3 times again and it repeats itself again, I’m getting 3 flashing red light after vehicle shuts off

on the second attempt which states no tach signal so I’m stuck here what do I do to make the car stay running

I used two keys for programming and verified all connections the car runs for about 5 seconds then shuts down

each time it starts up.
