I get a parasitic current draw and it drains my battery

Using a multimeter I determined that I have a parasitic Current draw of about 280 milliamps and it drained my battery twice.

That draw goes away when I pull out the 7.5 AMP fuse for the IMB (Immobilizer).

Before I start ripping the dashboard out to get to my Evo One which has been working can you please let me know if it is possible that the EvoOne may be related to this draw.
