Unable to unplug black 4 pin connector

+1 vote
I am unable to find/activate a release for the 4 pin black connector plug on the EVO-ALL.  Any more tugging and the wires will pull out of the plug.  What is the trick?

I also had this issue with the 4 pin black connector.  I had to use a needlenose pliers to squeeze the connector to release it

There's no clip on the 4-pin connector, only the locking tabs right on top. The connector should just slide out if you pull on it.

I had the same problem recently with an EVO-ALL.  Pulled the connector right off the board....

Switch suppliers lately?
I wouldn't be aware of that but this kind of information is very useful to us!
Had another 4pin come right off the board today. What's up?
If you still have that unit, mind sending us pics of the back sticker and also the 4-pin that pulled out? You can send that to support@ifar.ca
wow, just saw the pics and I'll send it over to sales. thanks

Ive seen sockets sliding out a bit  but not to the extent of actually ripping the pins that are soldered on the board lol   Takes a bit of force to get there.
That's not the first one I had either. I've had the socket come off two or three. This is the first to take the pins with it.
