subscription renewal

Question

Hi Im trying to renew my bronze subscription since I have used my last token.it says I was suposed to recieve a promotion code in email which I never did.i was wondering if I can get the code.

I first aplied in 2010 so I am valid for renewal of subscription.

Renewals can be done through the "subscriptions" menu found top-right on Wirecolor.com. Once there simply click the "renew" button beside the subscription you wish to renew. it will add the subscription to your cart and enter the renewal code for you.

 

The 1/2 price renew option is only available within a 12 month grace period from the date of the original purchase.
