Manual Corolla no door switch signal

Question

Everything works in automatic mode (loop cut). I've done the tach learning, I've called tech support and got my clutch switch right. When I come to do the ready mode procedure the car stays on even after door is open and shut. It looks like its not detecting the door switch properly but yet I've tried to ground my wire directly. Still doesnt work

What year Toyota Corolla and which bypass module are you using? Also, what is the service number of the bypass module?
