13 elantra regular key will not 3x start

Installed the evo one in a 2013 elantra as the install guide states, to be used as a 3x remote start. unit programs perfectly but does not remote start when pushing lock 3x. when pushing lock the blue LED lights up.

Who did you purchase this evo one from?

There are options that need to be turned ON on the bypass side and remote starter side.

With the service number you provided , it will never work in your vehicle because all the options are off in the bypass side for starters, did you flash this unit yourself?  You can see it over here: http://fortin.ca/en/support/002b02011847/

I bought it off ebay as nobody in the area or amazon has it. i have a flashlink updater but no RF kit, how do i program it to do the 3x lock remote start without a programmed remote?

In the Flash-Link Manager program there is a toggle button on the bottrom right corner. It will swap between Connection Mode : remote starter and Connection Mode : Bypass. You can switch your options there for both bypass and remote starter options. Dont have the EVO-ONE connected while TOGGLING between connection modes.

• Bypass options: A1 to A11 ON, C1 ON
• Remote starter options: enable 38.2
