2013 Honda Accord Will Start once, then not start again.

2013 Honda Accord Key Start

Vehicle will start once however wont shutdown by brake, or unlock doors with R/S Remote.  After killing remote start, attempting to start again gets 5 Parking LIght Flashes and wont start again unless I unplug R/S brain box.  I have made all connections according to 14661, programmed correctly and did Encryptor through Flashlink.

5 flashes = Hood Open

One time I accidently popped the hood while removing the lower dash panel, could this be it?

With these Hondas it's normal for the OEM remote not to function during a remote start.  You have to unlock the car with the remote start transmitter, or the mechanical key.

No the hood was not open. I know the locks on the OEM remote don't work while running. I'm not sure why it would start, but not shut down with the brake. Almost like it wasn't communicating with the can bus. Any ideas?
