Stand alone install with CHR4. yellow wire connected but module still doesnt see ignition (no blue led flash)

Your Guide# is 99231.

was programming ok and the blue was flashing during step4 programming? Did you press the lock button at the end of programming?

Check option D1.10 for Lock Lock Lock, and option C1?

Step 4 ignition on but no flash, blue stays solid.

All the option are enabled as per guide.
