I have 2013 Toyota Rav4 push to start to be installed with evo-one, thar-toy6 harness.Do i need to

wire the (-)START/STOP wire(white/black) .Can you tell me what exacly the pupure of the wire ?

It's to shut down the vehicle if idle mode (pit stop mode) is ever enabled.
