FORTIN EVO-ALL will not start in 2011 chevloret Silverado 2500

Question

I have installed and programmed the EVO-ALL in a 2011 Chevrolet 2500. It reads the fob when pressing the lock button 3x. You can see a blue light correspond to when I push the lock button. It starts the process and you can hear the ignition switch on,  but it doesnt go any farther. It will not start. WHat am I missing?

please provide the 12 digit service number on the bottom of the actual evo unit. Thank you

Mine is doing the same thing. The blue buttons will correspond with the remote pushes. Then it will try to start but won’t crank- service number 001A06825773

silverado 1500, 2011

 

i am not sure if I did something wrong but the decryptor reached its limit as well. Tried over and over, still won’t work
