Im trying to do this  nist-1 install on my 2011 QX56 , Has anyone done this vehicle before? I was wondering should I install the b/w wire to to bcm behind the cluster , or is there a wire on the push to start harness that I can tie into. If so what color is it on the pts? Fortin says it a light blue wire on pts but i didnt see it!

The wire behind the PTS button is light clue, bottom left corect of the connector. Yours might be different color, the wire will show ground when the PTS is pressed.

I did my 2011 a few days ago and it was the light blue wire behind the PTS , The only thing i couldnt get to work were the auto lights. They stayed on and i know i had the pink/black wire hooked up to the right gray/red wire in the kick panel, I had the door pin button pushed in and probed the wire with my tester and the dome light came on Everything else works great!
How did you get to the lock unlock wires? I did a 2011 qx56 too but couldn't figure out how to trace the lock unlock wires behind the kick panel. I found a couple red and green wires coming out of the door into the car bit could tell which it's supposed to be.
PLEASE HELP! How do you get to the wires behind t he push to start? 2011 qx56 thanks
I took out 5 screws on the driver bottom panel and popped that panel out of place. Then I used a plastic removal tool to get behind the pts panel. It appears to be mated to the instrument panel which also kind of popped out as I was getting to the pts
