Evo One has only 1 starter wire, but my Lexus GX470 has 2 starter wires, so which one?

I have a 2004 Lexus GX470 and it has 2 starter wires like most Toyotas.  With the EVO-One, there is only output for one starter wire.  So which starter wire do I hook it up to or do I have to hook up a SPDT relay and use the starter output (-) from the Evo-One to signal the relay and power the 2nd starter wire?

Look at option 2 mode 4 on your install guide, it will give you 2 ignition output and 2 starter output. The accessory wire on the vehicle is not required.

Wouldn't the accessory wire be required to run the heater and accessories when the vehicle is started?
The heater is on IGN2, accessory is for radio.

Thank!  Got it working now.  Just have to figure out where the parking light (-) wire is.  From http://diagrams.marktoonen.nl/index.aspx?MakeID=27&ModelID=19536

this isn't it.
