QUESTION ON REMOTE START

HAVE 2008 DODGE DURANGO. IF IM LOOKING JUST FOR MAINLY THE REMOTE START FEATURE,(NO CURRENT REMOTE STARTER INSTALLED)  DO  I NEED TO HAVE THE T-HARNESS IS IT REQUIRED?

OR CAN I GET THE ITEM WITHOUT IT
