2010 Ford Focus Won't program

Blue light is solid, I plug in the other connections, then when I put the key in the run position the blue light goes out and that's it. I have the can's hooked up, the T-Harness, and the yello, light blue, and light blue/black hooked up. Not sure what I did wrong.

What unit are you installing? and what installation method? if using the evo-fort1 you should be starting programming with the red LED on solid

I'm using guide 11821 and it says to use program one which would be blue. So which guide should I use? There's so many that's what's frustrating.

Guide 11821 ask to connect the CAN HIGH and CAN LOW wires at the OBD connector. This is what you are missing.
