evo all & compustar 2 way g9 rf kit+ft-d100 decoder

it works but it does not communicate back to the remote after start, is there some setting that needs to be change on the evo all?

I've read that two way communication works with the evo one, its the evo all not capable of using this feature because the ft-d100 adapter impedes this?

How do I flash it?
With the ADS-USB cable: http://www.idatalink.com/accessories/category/product_id/45

Although I don't know if this will solve your problem.. I just thought I'd mention it...  Because 2-way fuctionality not working seems strange, so I'm wondering if a flash update to the FT-D100 is required.
bummer, may be you are right because I exchange the rf kit thinking that the first one was not working right but I got the same results with the second one, the engine does start but it does not give me confirmation on the remote I guess I need to buy this ads-usb cable now, thanks for the help.
It's worth a shot...  I've installed a few G9 kits with the EVO-ONE and the 2-way works great... So I'm thinking that old or invalid firmware on the FT-D100 is causing the limited functionality you are seeing.

Keep us updated too :)
wait did you had to use the ft-d100 and flash it  with the evo one? may be my issue is that I am using the evo-all, I did some searching and did not find any instructions or indications that the ft-d100 needs flashing?
No, with the EVO-ONE you don't need the FT-D100 when installing the G9.  It worked fine, so it shows the Fortin side seems okay.  That only difference with you is the FT-D100 (which looks necessary on the EVO-ALL) so that's why it might be the culprit
Update: suddenly I am getting 2 way confirmation with out doing anything, bad part is it only last for like 30 seconds wich is good enough for me,  the remote flashes green, yellow and red depending on the remaining run time,  my  guess is it doesn't known the remaining time so it just goes through the sequence in 30 seconds, as long as it gives me confirmation that the engine did start I am happy.
