Verified that both are connected. Checked yellow wire with multimeter and it is reading voltage. Recut and spliced can hi and can low wires. Tried to program again and it stops at the same step. Please advise.

"Checked yellow wire with multimeter and it is reading voltage. "

-What does it read key on and key off?

Things to try/check:

Make sure lt.blue and lt.blue/black are also connected.

No battery in the key when programming, no other keys within 10 feet.

Try flipping your can bus wires.

With the red connector plugged in you must be able to start the vehicle with no battery in the oem fob.

Both blues are connected Battery was taken out for programming and car will still start with fob next to starter button. Flipping can bus wires? You mean hook them up opposite of instructions?

Before I flip the blue wires, am I supposed to be getting more voltage to the yellow wire? Is there a different wire I need to be tapping into to get the required voltage? Also, is there supposed to be any voltage at the blue wires? Please advise.
