doors will not lock/unlock with crimestopper RS4-G5

Hello, I have installed the fortin evo RS with the T-harness for 2012 chevy cruze. the fortin module will remote start my car with the 3x lock feature. i also installed a crimestopper RS4-G5, to achieve keyless entry while car is running, my crimstopper fob will start the vehicle and open my trunk but will not lock or unlock my doors. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
