trouble getting a 2016 scion ia to remote start reliably

2016 scion ia remote starting, do i need too wake up the light circuit? used an ar35 as per the instructions.  also which firmware should i use with this particular model  

evo-one, t harness, ar35, with the 62-rw were the parts used, all other functions on the remote work flawlessly

Any firmware that starts with 85.xx should be fine, do however post the SN number of the module so we can check the options enabled.

 

When you say  'remote start reliably" what exactly do you mean? Same goes for the "wake up the light circuit"
