Evo all- For4 in a 2014 F150. The factory alarm is tripped after the first auto start

The truck will remote start once without any issues. The second attempt at remote start sets the factory alarm off and will not start the truck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have the flash link updater so i can change whatever settings you recommend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the service number of the module?

Also, when the oem alarm is set off, can it be disabled by turning the key to the run position or does it absolutely require pressing unlock on the oem remote?

001A07 254865. The alarm can be shut off by putting the key in the ignition and turning it to run.
I tried to change the "unlock to disarm-start-lock to arm" setting using my flashlink updater but nothing changed.
A5 needs to be enabled when vehicles have a factory alarm.

Dont worry about D2, those vheicles disarm naturally when remote starting when seeing immo bypass, ignition and accessory. (hence the test)

If that still fails, will have to confirm that both ignition and accessory on the vehicle harness are getting power when remote starting. If they are not, the issue lies within the harness itself.
-- ignition = white/orange
-- accessory = purple/green
So I was finally able to mess with the truck again. I used the flashlink to turn A5 on which did not solve the issue. The alarm went off on the first attempt at using the remote start. I then used the key to turn the ignition to run which shut the alarm off.

I then put the evo all into program mode with the blue light lit. I inserted the key, turned it to run, and waited for the light to blink rapidly. It did, and i removed the key. I then attemtped to remote start it again which worked that time. The truck started without issue. I used the key fob to shut the truck off and tried to remote start it again.. This set the alarm off and failed to start the truck. The strange thing is, as soon as i inserted the key into the ignition the truck started and the alarm shut off. I did not turn the key to run. Im not sure what this means and would appreciate any help! Do i need to program the other key also? I didnt think i needed to program the unit because i had the flashlink 4.

Thanks.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
