vw golf 2015 reconnect fail remote start.

Hi Im trying to add a mycar mobile app on my evo all but when I removed it for flashing and reconnect it was unable to remote start ,checked  everything and do reprogramming but it always end up failing even by its own{not including the mycar telematic).
