If you put the key infront of the barrel does the vehicle remote start?

Yes. It will start with the key in front.  So I think something is wrong with the programming, but I've tried a different evoall and it's the same thing.

What is the S/N number to the evo-all?

When you remote start the vehicle, what led turns on first on th eevo-all? What led turns on 2nd on the evo-all?

Red LED turn on and it just cranking, but when put the key next to ignition then it's running and red and yellow leds are on.

Hello,

Please first perform a master reset to the evo-all following these steps: https://cdn.fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

Once that is done select the appropriate data link protocol for the starter you are using followed by flashing firmware 79.57 into the evo-all and then re program it in the vehicle.

Then re test remote start.
