evo-all cannot update to newer firmware?

I am stuck on firmware 4.18, and do not have an option to update to anything newer. When I click on updates in flash link manager, there is nothing new on the list.

Hi Brian, I'm sure this might be a compatibility problem of conflict between the firewall and the flash link program. Try uninstalling the manager program and then lower your firewall settings as to make sure nothing disrupts the program from installing properly. Once the program installs then re-enable your firewall settings and open the manager program and try to flash the EVO-ALL. Hope this helps!
